Why am I receiving downtime notifications even though my site is up?
This can often be caused by a temporary response time increase, firewall blocking, or a temporary inability to respond to requests from the monitoring point. Uppzy uses multiple checking and verification systems to minimise such false positives. However, if you still encounter these situations, our support team will help you.
I am not receiving notifications, what should I do?
Firstly, make sure that your relevant notification channel (e.g. Slack, email, etc.) is correctly configured and active. If the problem persists, you can review the log of errors in the ‘Notification Log’ tab or contact the support team.
I changed the tracking URL, how do I update it?
You can easily update the URL by going to the details of the relevant service in the panel. If necessary, you can get the same result by deleting and re-adding the service. Uppzy instantly activates your changes.
